This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which renamex.com operated by OBloodwing offers refunds for its subscription services, processed securely through our authorized reseller, Paddle.

1. General Refund Conditions

All subscription purchases are subject to the following refund criteria:

A subscription may be refunded within 14 days of the original purchase date; however, your right to a refund will not apply once the benefit of the subscription has been received.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled by the user. The user is responsible for timely cancellation.

2. Payment Processing and Requests

We utilize Paddle as our authorized Merchant of Record and payment processor. All payment, billing, cancellation, and refund processes are managed by Paddle.
